Students at Whitley Abbey Community School are expected to wear their school uniform with pride. The school believes that wearing a uniform promotes a sense of belonging to the school community. It also works to develop a sense of formality and purpose to the day in school.
We expect all students to wear their uniform both in school and when representing the school at events or on visits.
In this respect we expect no less from our students than any employer would expect of their employees.
Uniform is sold in school at specified times including Open Evenings and at limited times during school holidays.
Pupils must carry a strong zipped bag to carry books, equipment and sports kit to school. It must be large enough to fit in an A4 Folder.
Baseball caps are not an item of school uniform and are not be worn. |
