More Exam Results Success – Summer 2008
Our GCSE students achieved the best set of results ever for the school in 2008
- 68% 5 A*-C (an improvement of nearly 40% since 2005)
- 44% 5 A*-C including English and Maths
At AS/A2 level, students consistently outperformed their target data
At Key Stage 3, students achieved the school’s best ever English SATS results (84% level 5+)
The school outperformed all local authority target data –
- 5 A*-C (12% above target)
- 5 A*-C inc. English and Maths (5% above target)
- 5 A*-G (3% above target)
